My nyne has been charging for over 10 hrs. The red light is still on not flashing but speaker does not last long like maybe two hrs. When I plug in to charge the red light flashes but it's like a clear white light flashing? Then then the light goes solid red why

Flashing light when charging means battery is still charging, once it stops flashing the battery is full and charge process is complete.

Besides the flashlight feature itself, there are two other "indicator" lights on this speaker. The first is located on the top of the unit next to the power button and can be blue, red, or green. A steady blue means a successful pairing. A steady red indicates that the device has switched to auxiliary input mode and is being used with the 3.5mm connector with an iPod or other such device. Steady green means that a TF card is being used in the TF slot.
The second "indicator" light is the "Battery Status Indicator" which is located on the back under the rubber protective (from water) cover. A steady red for this means the battery is charging. This indicator will go off when the battery is fully charged. THIS LIGHT DOES NOT NORMALLY FLASH. If it is flashing, you might check your connections to the charging device (either at the speaker's charging port or wherever the other end of the supplied USB cable is connected; i.e. computer or AC outlet via adapter.) I can think of no other normal scenario which would result in a flashing (red) light other than a defect in the unit. see less

The charging light, in the back is a red light that is on when charging and off when fully charged. Are you sure it is not the Bluetooth light in the top?? Check your user manual for complete instructions and troubleshooting.
